Anders Dorph

Director at Danish Gambling Authority

Anders Dorph has directed the Danish Gambling Authority since November 2020, following four years as head of asylum at the Danish Immigration Service. In May 2025 he became Chair of the Gaming Regulators European Forum (GREF) after two years as Vice-Chair. A Copenhagen law graduate, he previously worked at the Ministry of Justice and as a police executive, and teaches criminal law at the University of Copenhagen.

Hon. Tulia Ackson

President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU)

Dr. Tulia Ackson is President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the world organization of parliaments representing 181 national parliaments. Elected in October 2023, she is the first African woman to lead the IPU in its 130-year history. A Tanzanian lawyer and academic with a PhD from the University of Cape Town, she previously served as Speaker and Deputy Speaker of Tanzania's National Assembly, and champions parliamentary diplomacy, gender equality, and democratic governance.

Niv Shaked is Group Director of Indirect Sales at TikTok Israel, with over 8 years in affiliate marketing, lead generation, and performance-driven growth. She leads revenue operations across affiliate ecosystems and performance agencies, working with global advertisers to scale acquisition models and unlock new revenue streams. Niv sees networking as the core engine of the affiliate industry, not a byproduct of it.

Simon Westbury

Simon Westbury brings over 18 years to the iGaming industry, with a reputation for building high-performing commercial teams that delivered record year-on-year growth at companies including Amaya and Digitain. Formerly CEO of Sport Generate, he now leads 1x's expansion into regulated markets, empowering his teams to grow as iGaming professionals along the way.

Sinuhe Wallinheimo

Member of the Finnish Parliament

Sinuhe Wallinheimo is a Member of the Finnish Parliament for the National Coalition Party, chairing both the Grand Committee on EU affairs and the Parliamentary Supervisory Council of Yle. A former professional ice hockey player who represented Finland internationally, he focuses on economic competitiveness, sports policy and regulatory reform, and has closely followed Finland's shift from a gambling monopoly to a licensing model.

Head of the Gambling Regulation Unit / Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic

Tomas Bures is Head of the Gambling Regulation Unit and Deputy Director at the Czech Ministry of Finance, where he oversees gambling regulation nationally. Involved in the field since 2020, he brings a background in public administration and regulatory oversight, with work centred on balancing market development against player protection and legal compliance.
