Natalia started her career in 2013 as a Specialist of the International Settlement Department at MTBank (Belarus). Through dedication and consistent performance, she progressed to the role of Chief Specialist of the International Settlement Department, where she gained valuable expertise in international settlements and client relations.

In 2018, Natalia decided to pivot her career towards B2B sales, working as a Sales and Business Development Manager in startups and international companies. This experience allowed her to strengthen skills in business development, client acquisition, and market analysis.

In 2022, Natalia joined CoinsPaid as a Lead Generation Manager, where she contributed to building and optimizing lead generation processes. Thanks to her results and leadership, Natalia was promoted to Deputy Head of Lead Generation, where she continues to lead and support the team in achieving business growth goals.

Since 2023 Natalia lives in Warsaw, Poland. Beyond her professional development in sales and management, Natalia has a deep interest in psychology and enjoy continuous learning in this field.

In her free time, she loves reading interesting books, taking long walks in nature, traveling, and exploring new cuisines—both as a foodie and a passionate home cook.
